Justin Davis

Justin is a business advisor, mentor, and facilitator with deep expertise in business growth, marketing, and digital strategy. He has supported many SMEs through Emergination and has held leadership roles as co-founder of Prezentt.com, CEO of two tech commercialisation ventures, and VP of Marketing for another.

Justin has led multimillion-dollar software development projects and previously worked in advertising with major brands like RACWA, ANZ, and Bankwest. An experienced speaker and company director, he is passionate about helping businesses unlock growth through smart strategy and digital innovation.

Mal di Giulio

Mal Di Giulio (Amplify Mentor)

Mal is the Managing Director of Nexia Perth and a business advisor with expertise in business performance improvement, strategic planning, acquisitions, venture capital, and financial analysis. He works extensively with business owners to help them build value and access investment.

Danielle Fitzgerald

Danielle is a photographer and social worker exploring themes of identity, resilience, and mental health through visual storytelling. Her work has been featured in Dazed Magazine, UK, and she is active in grassroots community support.

Josh Horneman

Josh Horneman (Amplify Mentor)

Josh Horneman is a founder, advisor, and producer, currently focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence and business strategy. He is the co-founder of multiple businesses, including a production company and growth consultancy, and has produced multiple film projects. His current work includes developing an AI platform that empowers businesses to scale with technology while staying in control of their IP.

Josh brings a unique blend of creative insight, operational expertise, and future-focused thinking to his mentoring.

Alex Jenkins

Alex is an AI and data science expert at Curtin University, helping creative professionals leverage emerging technologies for business growth and innovation.

Chris Leong (Amplify Mentor)

Chris is a strategic innovator and project leader with expertise in design thinking, cyber security, and organisational creativity. He leads CyberWest Hub, enhancing WA’s cyber capabilities through collaboration and education.

Hannah Muirhead (Amplify Mentor)

Hannah is an award-winning brand strategist with over 20 years’ experience working with major Australian brands including NRMA, Tourism Australia, Arnott’s, and Woolworths. She specialises in brand positioning and strategic marketing.

Scott Robinson

Scott is the Founder and Strategic Director of The Box (Jack in the Box Corporation), a storytelling agency specialising in brand, campaign, and growth strategies.

Cate

Cate Roochi (Amplify Mentor)

Cate Rocchi, Managing Director of Perth Media, is an experienced Public Relations and Communications Strategist. She has run Perth Media for the past 10 years, which specialises in: media relations, campaigns and training; government relations; and publicity.

Cate is currently researching how to use AI in digital and strategic communications, which involves interviews with media and PR companies around the world.

Prior to PR, Cate was a financial journalist in Australia, London and Hong Kong. She has collaborated with dozens of creative businesses, over 30 years.

Glenn Sarangapany

Glenn is a musician, producer, and creative ideator best known for his work with Birds of Tokyo and Panda Candy. He brings deep insights into creative collaboration and process development.

Tanya Sim (Amplify Presenter)

Tania co-founded Block Branding with Mark Braddock, and are one of Australia’s leading brand-first agencies. Tania provides cultural leadership and financial oversight, while Mark leads creative strategy. Both are passionate about building businesses that create positive change.

Jentz Tan

Jentz is a strategic innovation consultant with over 12 years’ experience in human-centred design, systems thinking, and business model innovation. He has worked with clients like StarHub, Nestlé, and Salesforce, and has taught at IDEO U and the HPI D-School.

Tash

Tash Teakle (Amplify Mentor)

Tash specialises in business strategy, commercialisation, and investment. She leads Innovation Cluster and has supported hundreds of startups, particularly in regional Australia. She is an angel investor and sits on multiple boards.

Bourby Webster

Bourby Webster (Amplify Mentor)

Bourby Webster is a professional musician, creative director, producer, speaker and consultant. Her music career began in the UK as a founding member of the electric string quartet ‘bond’ (signed to Universal Music), and she went on to establish the Perth Symphony Orchestra — which she led until 2022.

A graduate of Oxford University (Music), the Royal College of Music (Post Grad), and UWA (MBA), Bourby’s projects continue to make global impact — most recently producing and touring original orchestral shows in Dubai, Calgary, and a sold-out national tour for Sony Masterworks in Australia.
