MINDFIELD is a wellbeing and resilience pathway within Creative Tech Village’s Bandwidth program, designed to support the founders and creative entrepreneurs who drive WA’s creative technology sector.

Recognising that building a venture places real pressure on the people behind it, Mindfield pairs founders with experienced industry mentors and accredited wellbeing practitioners, giving them a clear and confidential pathway between practical business guidance and personal support. Within a safe and structured environment, participants work through the venture pressures, isolation and decision fatigue that so often go unspoken in early-stage business.

Mindfield runs as a two-lane support model. A mentoring lane connects founders with industry operators for focused, sector-specific business guidance, while a wellbeing lane provides professional support for personal resilience and stress. A single intake process feeds both lanes, so founders are supported as whole people, not just as businesses. The intent is not to duplicate clinical services, but to keep talented founders healthy, resilient and able to sustain their ventures for the long term.
